Confusing Submit date when the job is Queuing

Hi, the same experiment I used in #250 with @Lerriola.

I confirmed in LUMI that my Slurm job for ICON is queuing. The autosubmit run t03c process is running in the VM. And the AS task appears to be really waiting in the VM for the job to queue.

However, there is already a Submit time in the popup.

That is, however, incorrect, as that's showing my submission from Friday. Since the task is queuing, it would make more sense to not display the submit time, until it is submitted. Or if the submit means submit to Slurm, then it would have to display a date-time from today, as I launched the experiment this morning.

I think that submit refers to the time the job was created since it is recorded when you do autosubmit create. I think I already reported that this is wrong somewhere else but I don't remember where 😥

But maybe by status we could know whether the Submit can be displayed or not. For that, we'd just need to confirm if the submit is set when it's submitted to Slurm or not (i.e. when is a submit time present the first).
