Issue description and reproduction steps

Created a Keyvault and User managed Identity. All my app services and containers apps are using User managed identity. Able to get secrets in appservices but container apps not able to fetch secrets from keyvault.

Solution 1:

Yes, thanks for raising. Looks like a recent change #5364 where we were trying to include correlation id.

We will get it fixed, but please note that error would still occur.
