Feature Request: Syndicate only to the "More" line

An option to only federate to the read more link. (or skip a block IDK)

Why

Sometimes I blog about code. The code highlighter block looks like a right old mess in the Fediverse preview. I'd like some way to say "maybe don't federate this bit". My idea was an option to only federate to the read more.

Would this be tricky to implement?

This should already work if you choose the excerpt shortcode or the automatic mode.
