Request: Fade In?

BJ Lazy Load works great, but was hoping there was a way I can script in the ability to fade-in the images, as right now it just pops them in.

Also, the images already in the frame don't appear until scrolling takes place. Is there a way to check on load what's in the window area and show them? Right now it will just be blank until scrolling takes place.
