Cannot load websites sometimes [Adguard Home on Dietpi]

There's an issue with websites temporarily not being able to load using Adguard Home on Dietpi. Most websites load but about 10-20% of the time, they won't load. The problem can affect any website and I get the message "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." If I try reloading in 5 minutes, it will load no problem.

The Dietpi support team suggested asking the Adguard forum/ developers if they have run into this and if there's a solution? Nothing has worked on the Dietpi side so far.
