For me, the solution to the problem is to enable IPv6 addresses in the TunMode settings.

Alternatively, I can use 127.0.0.1 in the Vite configuration:

server: {
    host: '127.0.0.1'
}

These are set direct by default but doesn't work for me (i tried to move it on top and to bottom of rule list, not matter).
But this works. Write this to vite.config.ts or vite.config.js

1)run notpad as adminpermission
open file => C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts\hosts.rollback
uncomment (delete #) 127.0.0.1 localhost (if dosnot exist type)
comment (add # first ) ::1 localhost

2)ore off ip6 sing-tun Tunnel network cart (this slotion if close app you must again off ip6)

3)ore in v2rayN setting < Tun Mod Setting < enabale ip6 ⚡️⚡️⚡️best
